Stories are my superpower
I’m the writer behind the Techno-Comics series. As an editor and storyteller, I enjoy the challenge of taking complex ideas and transforming them into stories kids can’t put down. These are stories that speak to children at eye level, without ever compromising on quality.
Throughout my career, I have led a wide range of books, magazines, and educational projects. My background as the editor of a leading innovation magazine opened up a fascinating world of technology and invention. This experience is exactly where Techno-Comics was born.
I envisioned a series that introduces children to topics like microchips and artificial intelligence through smart, funny, and suspenseful adventures. It’s the kind of journey that parents and grandparents might enjoy learning from, too.
Curiosity is a skill worth training. That’s why every Techno-Comics book is designed as an active experience, filled with trivia and playful challenges that go beyond the plot.
Why comics? Because on the bridge between words and images, imagination truly takes flight."

Sees every detail, builds the big picture
I shape the visual world of the Techno-Comics series, but that’s only part of the story. As the head of a content company, I’m used to managing projects with rigid schedules and clear budgets. This was a different kind of production - a process of free creation, focusing on color, movement, composition, and rhythm, while keeping a close eye on both the smallest details and the overall vision.
After years of creating and publishing together for our clients, the idea of a scientific comic series swept us into a new world of our own. It happened at a point
During the process, we used artificial intelligence to help create the visuals. It was a fascinating dialogue about atmosphere, expressions, and pace.
Creating a comic requires a deep understanding of the characters. Every scene must be clear, alive, and engaging, serving the narrative without relying on too many words. I’m thrilled to turn an abstract idea into a vivid, immersive world, where children can dive in and feel like they are part of the story.
Our Comic
Adventure
Every time we travel abroad, we find ourselves drawn to bookstores. We head straight for the overflowing shelves, savoring the smell of paper and the quiet thrill of seeing that books are still very much alive, even in a world that once promised everything would go digital.
On one work trip, we wandered into an incredible book shop in Florence, filled with row after row of comics in Italian. We didn’t understand a word, but we bought one book for inspiration and kept it for years.
Later, when we were looking for a way to make science and technology feel accessible, human, and fun for children, that memory resurfaced. The comic format made perfect sense. It allowed for characters kids could connect with and stories that could carry big ideas lightly.
Publishing two books at the same time was an adventure of its own. Along the way, we were lucky to work with a brilliant team: Dani, our lead designer; Vicky, who handles visual adaptations for additional languages; and our dedicated editors.
And the next books? They are already in the works, bringing new ideas and visual challenges that turn every project into an adventure for us, too.
We hope you and your children enjoy reading them as much as we enjoyed creating them.
